I'm having Faith that my insurance will approve the sleeve for me and I'll be having surgery before the summer. So, I'm adding some pics of how I look now and they will serve as my before pics.

My hubby still wants me to dress like this, HA! But, getting back to these sizes and then lower is what I want to happen. This time, I want to stay there though.
