I was banded on July 1st, 2011. I am so craving crunchy stuff right now, I can't stand it. Anyone have any suggestions?

I am so craving something crunchy. How do I get passed this without cheating? Any suggestions?

Well I had the surgery on July 1st. I am home now. I have made it the first 2 days no problem. Still a little sore but doing okay. Made breakfast for everyone this morning. Made it through fine without any.

Today I had my pre-op appointment. I am so excited. I am going in to have my surgery on Friday July 1st, 2011.

Well from what I have determined from my doctor and my own research, I have chosen lap band over bypass. This is mainly because the lap band, if my body rejects it, can be reversed. Also, if I start loosing weight too fast, it can be adjusted. The bypass is much more difficult to be reversed and is not adjustable. I don't want to lose the weight too fast because I want to be able to tighten up my skin as I go along. Each person has their own preference, I would suggest that you do some more research just to be certain what you want.
