    Constipation

    Take a pribiotic/ crush it- every morn with coffee,,, did the trick before and after lap band- n more water-. some peach or apricot negtar juice everyonce in a while,, do a nice job,,.

    I thank you for the fast response, I hope its just muscle strain,, taking my nexium and no gym but let's see my my GP can shed some light, I used to have more restriction, and now-- zip- the nurse said I probably cleared it all out-- like a plubming clog-- ahg,, but I am not comfortable at all. , what is so weird 1st day my port hurt, now it's change to my sternum area,, so weird!,only one other thought- my hatial hernia- it was repaired, hope its not been affected.

    I expereinced same, Sat, I did BP but right after I wreched and the pain went to my fingertips like someone had hit me with a base ball bat across my back, last 2 days pain in middle of my sternum area, but I feel fine and not nauseous, I called surgeon they said i was fine, but I feel like a knife is stuck in there,,, did I bust my hernia?? have a slip?I see my reg GP tonite, but i am very worried- as there is no restriction , just that pressure in my chest

    I got stuck like never before yest on bite of scrambled eggs. - the problem- is that I did vomit- like one violent deep burp just once but down in my gut- but with it, the worse shooting pain that went all the way from my back to my arms and fingertips ? a few minutes later I was able to finish breakfast n been sore above my port for most of the day. Took some tylenol and just had a salad which went down afully easy? Could i have popped my band? the pain is gone, just a little sore, but i was bit sore from Fri work out at gym.. no other symptoms except the salad went down with NO fight and that surprized me. I felt like I had craked my back,,, could it have been gas or a muscle spasm? anyone?

    Per Drs office, my band should be fine, prob had muscle spasm.. because i can eat n what ever, now.
  7. I had one stuck incident I vomited the contents once with alot of pain- but now NO restriction, I used to feel restriction in the morning etc and zip? all food going down just fine??

    Severe Pain

    I do not know what to answer except since I got banded, when I feel pain anywhere in my stomach area, I take milk of magnesia and clear everything out and then feel fine. I do not know if because i am so short wasted or what it all crunches together. Sat. however, i had shooting pain after a BP- and trying to see why I have no restriction now..???

    Crunchy Knees!

    the chriroprator twisted me like a prezel n sent me on my way. said i was over compensating on my left side. I should feel better now, let see what reg Drs say about knees. did water n reg circuit with weights,,, no zumba yet. sigh

    Throwing Up Daily.

    donuts are bad,,, never again for me... they swell like cement- I think you are eating too fast but also the carbs,,, tortilla, donut- crackers etc do NOT do well with a band. try eleiminating those things and really chew and see if that helps.. papaya pills sometimes make it all go down. OH I do not eat well at all when I have sinus... and feel like a fish in a bowl of water..

  20. I hate plateous.... hate them cause you do everything right and nada,,, then you get off the plan and still nada,, and then you upgrade on your plan n still nada,,, see Dr for fill in Sept.. at 5cc now so and guess it's time.I was hoping to do this on my own by now,,, ???

    Coughing could be a cold, sinus, allergies, not always the worse, a band problem. I hope it is NOT- let us know.

    Is This Stuck?

    I jump about a little thanks God no one has caught me at work doing it yet, but if it's mild it will drop in , if not out it must come.. the papaya pills are a charm.. I have noticed for me the sinus'allergy season is murder. Today i was able to eat just fine- Ate the same thing last week with my allergies going nuts- I couldn't swallow it with out getting stuck.. weird,,, but we learn as we go..

    I just ordered a pair of dancing sneakers for the knees, I did have bad shoes for those workouts, hope this will help the ole knees. I was wearing flat sneaks so I could pivot --BUT no support,,, ouch
