Oops! My surgery date is 9/16 I'm sooo excited I can't think straight, close enough though. Since I have the lap-band and have already lost some weight (50 lbs.) my Dr. didn't put me on a pre-op diet. I still have to watch what I eat though because today Dr. removed all the saline solution from my band and told me not to gain any weight, so it's like not having the band at all. After My unfill I went to Dennys and finished all my breakfast. That felt so good, naughty me! Anyway, I have a sister, and my parents also, who live in Bonita. I myself live in Rosarito Beach, not too far from the border. I list San Diego because that's where I was born and raised.

How are you doing with your liquid diet? I remember I had to do a liquid diet for my lap-band, I'd say I was about 50% honest with it. Keep in touch, let me know how things are going for you.
