Hey guys ..if anyon can let me know if they had similar experince id appreciate first off I was banded 5.10.11 and have not had any problems with losng weight or eating... I cannot stomach protein shakes and I don't kno what to do so if anyonje has an alternative id appreciate it.. over night yest..I caught chest pains like cold when breathing high fever nose the usual cold out of nowhere I tried pills but nothings working I'm hoping I didn't mess up my band ..and what type of excerise did you all do in the beginning I'm starting to flab..sorry for my ramble thnks loves.I appreciate it.

Just got my band 5-10-2011 and I'm doing preety good so far three days post o not getting in all the fluids..and I'm having some soreness to be expected ..but i m having bad back pains from sleeping on my back any one else having the same problesm or know how I can fix it I can't take itt much lonqer lol.

Ok so I'm week 1 post op had my surgery on the 10th hvent had any trouble with anything or keeping liquids down.now my list of things to but says cream soup..and I bought cream of chicken soup from cambells .I'm about to try it but is it ok to eat?? If you guys can let me know dnt want to hurt myself and mess up thanks.

Hey guys I was just banded may 10th 2011 and it may seem like a silly question but will me being in the car effect my band??like could something slip while my husband is driving and I'm in papssanger side..lol please help I'm a nervous wreck.

Thnks babs <3 I attempted the shower td it went fine thnk god didn't get anything wet. But I see you've lost 23 pounds so far when were you banded?

Lol ok I just got banded yest. What doo I do with showeirng my paper says don't get it wet and the nurse told me to remove the bandages.any1 out there have any advice on what to do or not to do ..any advice would be appreciated soon the better..lol

Hello to all I just had surgery yest. && ima little nervous about messing up my band.had a long drive home and I'm hoping that driving in the car wouldn't do anything.having a lot of gas burping and bubbling in my tummy.is it normal for that to happen?any advice would be greatly appreciated..and for the clear liquid diet do you mix your protein with water.?please help

Hey lisa; I actually weigh 294 ..my docotor said I carryb my weight preety good but also I may just photograph well my goal is too get to 140 punds.but if I'm looking helathy at a bit more han that I will stick to that weight dnt want to look to thin ..I think it all depends I got mines for a lifestyl change needed the extra push to get myself into shape before I got really sick.I hope I answered somewhat what you were looking for but if its just for a little weight I personally wouldn't tell you to do it...

Good luck with everything just got mines yetureday and this clear liquid does suck..have to remind myself to drink ..pain is ok and I was walkin around slowly couple hours after surgery and today as well keep positive and I'm sure you will be blessed with an amazing surgery if I could be of any help let me know :-)

Thanks sooo much!! I hve heard many noises it feels as if something is alive lol.. how do we keep it clean I was told to remove the bandages. Just not get them wet how did you guys go about the whole shower thing trying to avoid infection at all costs. :-)

I just recently had my surgery yesturday actually and I'm having terrible gas pain..did you get bubbling in your stomach?
