Can protein shakes be made ahead of time? Any tips for making/taking them to work? I'm a school teacher and there's a fridge in the lounge. I'm just wondering if I'm going to need to haul my Ninja to school every day to blend up a few shakes. Also, what about when you're out and about town? Any good ready-made shakes?
