I have 3, 1 from the hospital and 2 I bought. They are called abdominal wraps, 3 tier. They have to be hand washed and hang dried. I found mine on Ebay 2 for $25 for good ones.

How was your recovery from breast reduction?

Day before surgery

Talk to your PS, they're all different, I had to have my weight stable for a year and within 20lbs of what medically I should weigh, not my goal weight. My lower body lift was 10lbs of skin and fat! Next year, I'm getting breast reductionand upper body lift, which may be another ten lbs, He said I had heavy boobs! ( My back could have told him that!)

I have a hard time with rice too. Since I can't eat too much, I can afford to get the best ground sirloin, and I divide and freeze it into my little servings. When they make burgers, they laugh at my tiny burger, I wrap it up with all the burger fixins in a crispy leaf of lettuce, and eat it like a sandwich!

I always seem to treat myself, and never get too mad. I find the more you restrict yourself,the more you want it. For me-With my restriction I could maybe eat 2, which is better than the whole bag I could eat before. I can eat and drink just about everything I did before, just the serving amount or less. Lapband is a multi use tool, some use it for massive quick weight loss, some like me, I am older and use it to not overeat so the weight loss has been slower, but it has stayed off. I just had my 1st of 3 surgerys, I had a full body lift and dr removed 10lbs of skin and fat.

Here's the question? With shipping unjury cost less than $2 a serving. How much do you pay for a soda or drink when you go out. Would you rather have coke or pepsi or store brand? Hershey's or store brand? Me personally would rather have something that taste great than something thats tolerable. I'm over 2 years out, I've been broke and bought cheaper. The only other I can tolerate is slim fast high Protein. In case you missed it- I love unjury! LOL

Well I now know why not to drive- didn't realize how much twisting and turning you have to do while driving. Anyway everything is great! 1 tube gone. Monday should get the 2nd one out.

My dr said to wear it for at least 6 months. Or some kind of compression garment to keep the skin from forming wrong
