Does anyone know about the process for BCBS of NC or BCBS of Michigan. I am covered on both. I am new to this. I just made my seminar appointment. I have been overweight my whole life however I do not go the the Dr. often. I would say I am probably around 90 to 100 pounds overweight. Will not having a lot of medical information keep me from getting approval? Thanks!
