Hey, looking good. I am down 66lbs had a bit of a stall but hoping that will past soon. No major problems, have to have vitamin D supplements now as I have not been absorbing any but other than that it's all good. We are looking to move to the states now, so all time and energy has been focused on that. We are just in the starting blocks so it's a long road ahead. You look great kee...

Hi Xandria, thanks for your message. Not been on here much as working so much and everyone in a different time zone lol. I have had a bit of a stall of late i'm afraid, lost 54lbs since sleeved, so you are gradually creeping out in front..not that it's a competition. I feel well in myself but have not really been able to get warm since surgery. What sort of things are you eating and how much. I have found these last couple of weeks that I have been eating more and have had that empty feeling ALOT more lately. Need to get back on track with the excercise, not done ANY for 2-3 weeks as the energy levels have been ridiculously low. Had a blood test to check the vitamin levels, get the results on 06/28. How have you been doing, you sound like you have been doing great, 63lbs wow :w00t: that is something to be proud of xx.

OMG!! hope you ok. I am doing fine, my dizzy spells were down to Labrynthitus swelling in the inner ear, nothing to do with surgery at all, but they can't treat it as all the meds upset the stomach (typical) I was having trouble on the ole poop front myself, got some exlax chocolate and that seems to sort me out. The doc has sent me for bloods just to make sure there isn't anything more sinister going on, but other than that it is all good. Had a bit of a slimes/foamies then full on puking stage yesterday but that seems to have passed. Don't know whether it was a food intolerance, ate too quickly or too much...do you know the difference, didn't seem like I had eaten too much though lol.

Hey Girl, yes, want to know what it was? I was full of poop literally. . i hadn't had a poop for 2 1/2 to 3 weeks (didn't even realize it was that long, no bloating, no pain, nothing) doctor says it was a toxicity build up causing nausea, dizziness, and weakness, so got some Mag Citrate drank 1/2 the bottle, and have been using Miralax every day and have been going every day now. . . i feel great, wanna sing the halleluas every day now!!! How are you doing?????
