I have no problem with eggs. I often eat them for dinner. It's my go-to meal.

I have 10.5cc in my band right now. while i eat less than i did before the lapband, i have not reached the green zone. My advice: be patient, continue getting your fills at least once month, exercise daily.

Left Shoulder Pain

I've had this type of pain since the surgery(June 3, 2011). i take a couple acetaminophen and in a an hour or so the pain is gone. -
For what its worth, i had my gallbladder taken out 6 months after i had my band put in. everything went well. was back at work a week later.

I have 9.5cc in a 14cc band. I have not yet reached the green zone yet. I have a problem with phlegm(a lot coming up) when i eat solid foods, but if i eat soft/wet foods(soups, chilli, smoothies) I have no problems(everything goes down and nothing comes up). should I go ahead and have another fill or wait.

I just return from seeing my doctor. He removed .25cc from my band. I hope this works. Good news, i drop 15 lbs in the last month.

i will discuss all of this with him tomorrow. I had a fill with fluro last month and everything checked out fine.

I did, 2 weeks ago. He called me in some acid reflux meds. It works sometimes. but for the most part if i just eat Soups and chilli with a little rice, i'm ok.

I am using a baby spoon.

SQUATS are better if u are just starting out.

Squats and lunges. Get u some dumbbells or resistance bands to do these exercises. lunges really work your butt!

Having Trouble Drinking Protein Shakes Since Surgery In January.

I went through the same thing until i started mixing the shakes with other things like coffee and crystal light. I also tried drink different kinds of protein powders. Try resistance bands exercises. Google search resistance bands exercises and see what they can offer u. I think they are affordable and the exercises can be done anywhere. I purchase mine from academy sports. Here's there website: http://www.lifelineusa.com/products/resistance-bands.html.

I went through the same thing 2 weeks ago. I was fine 4 days after the virus went away. -
I have been off and on Phentermine since 1998. I have had great success with it but the weight always returned once i stopped taking it. I was banded june 3,2011. I have also consider going back on but am worried about mixing the 2 (band and Phentermine).
