Hi Guy's I have not been banded yet but I'm jumping through hoops. My Doc is Elmer Valin in Connecticut. Going to see the Nutritionist and Physiologist on Monday.

When I went to the first doctors appointment I was offered two types of proceedures (1) Lap-Band and/or (2) Vertical Banded Gastroplasty. Does anyone have an opinion ?:help: Thanks, Tamari
