My hair also fell out. Increased my protein intake, started taking Biotin supplements (5000mg), switched to a Sulfate free shampoo. Once I noticed the hair loss tapering and I had to get my roots dyed, I asked my stylist to use an ammonia free dye. And Yes, it does grow back. -

I've tried the Strawberry flavor and I think it tastes like fish. I've switched to the Celebrate tangerine flavor. Much better. -

Yesterday I was so discouraged cuz the insurance company denied me...surgeon's office filed the appeal yesterday and today I got the call...Approved!!! I'm so excited!
