I was banded March 30, 2011. I lost 10 lbs on the medifast diet two weeks before surgery. Checked out of the hospital the next day up 7 lbs! I have now lost those 7 lbs and another 11. I did have a really bad weekend and ate too many carbs over Easter and went up 3 lbs. Now back on track trying to follow the diet and had my first fill of 1cc yesterday. I was so excited to get my fill!
