I have battled with weight loss since I was a teenager. I reached my highest weight last year December 2011. I attended a Bariatric seminar with a relative of mine at the seminar I decided to move forward with the sleeve. I completed six months recorded meetings with the dietician and six months psych evaluatin. I was scheduled to have my surgery July 18th when Blue Cross Blue Shield denied it only hours before my operation. It took me two days to get the correct diagnostic codes and procedure codes to them and to get an approval. I was rescheduled for August 13, 2012 and everything went fine. I am recovering. I weighed on Thursday August 9th at 194 and today I weighed in at 183.
