Hi Chriper, I had to have .25 removed yesterday also. I couldn't eat, drink or sleep. The acid reflux wass horrible. I don't want to lose weight this way. No I see why I'm losing slower that others. They can't be eating or drinking anything. I felt better b4 leaving the office. WHen I got home I tore that food up. I was sohungry and thristy.

And this 3rd fill is tight. I've seen the 2-80's, 70's, 60's and 50's....I'm now looking at the 40's. And I have not seen a 24. anything in over 10+ years. I feel amazing. Healthier. Stronger....Like NASA rebuild me. I'm not claiming these 40's to stick around long, b/c the 30's are inpatiently waiting. And I won't disapoint them.

Hi, I went to Dr. Amin also. My surgery was in May '11. I jsut wanted to stop by and say hi and best of luck on your journey. How is it going? My weight lost is slow, but I'll take whatever. i'm hoping for a 3rd fill on 10/27. I need it. I only have restriction in the AM.

I enjoy just about everything the same, except SHRIMP....it makes me want to puke just typing about it. And I use to love me some shrimp. Oh and since we're not supposed to have steak or chops, I'm always craving them, but eat maybe once a month. And I have to make sure I CHEW, CHEW, CHEW. -

I have. My surgeon is Dr. Hitesh Amin. He's located in Clinton, MD @ S. MD Hospital. I've had 2 fills and didn;'t have any issues during or after. -

OMG!!!!! 7 lbs in two weeks....and i walked my butt off and kinda watched what i eat. I had my 1st fill today. 2.5cc I muwt keep it up. But boy I'm I hungry. I can taste a dbl Whopper.

I know I have to be on liquids after the fill, should I be on soft/liquids before the fill? -
Get yourself some chewable Gas-X and walk. It helps. A lot.

Well I went to the Dr. yesterday hoping to get a fill and didn't. My Dr. said he'll wait for 2 more weeks. In the meantime, I'm hungry, I'm exercising and I'm going up and down on the scale. Will a fill help me continue to lose, help w/the hunger or what? Cause in two weeks I will be demanding a fill. Yesterday was 1 month since being banded. Any suggestions?

Thanks Doc. I gained 2 lbs from 2 wks ago. I've only been banded 1 month, but was looking forward to a fill. Hopefully in two weeks I will get a fill. GL2U also. And 40 lbs in 6 1/2 weeks is wonderful.

Hi Karon. The surgery went well. No complications. Just the gas, which is gone, with the help of walking and Gas-X. Lots of both. I feel great. I've started exercising. I walked on the treadmilll last night for 40 mins/2 miles. I'm so proud of myself since I hate the treadmill. I prefer to walk outside. And I look forward to walking on this evening. How are you? When is your big day?
