Emotional eater here. I needed some self-control. Now I'm dealing with the loss of my best friend... Food. The weight loss in the beginning of my surgery had started slow. I didnt start actually losing weight until the doc made me a 5.5 on my lap band fills.
I am a little worried, as my fills went pretty fast 2 months after my surgery. Where I was only down 20 lbs, and now they are flowing off of me, with the inability for me to eat hardly anything. I guess this is what I was after. I put myself on liquids alot, as I can overdo it easily and am vomiting or gagging alot of the time. I guess, learning new eating habits is the key, and chewing your food thoroughly.
So currently i am down 38lbs, and its moving along. Started on size 20, now I am in 15/16. I have lost more weight than inches, which is bazzar for me.
