2011 DJ Rule #8: Is It You Or?: We all have our go to tracks. The ones that make the crowd go off. But is that all you are playing? Any DJ can play the hits and make a crowd go off. At that point your skill as a DJ means nothing really because a top 40 radio station can do your job better. There is no skill in that. Be creative. Push the crowd and push yourself at the same time.
