What a good time. Decibel was a great event. Big ups to my boy David 'Dayv' Prado for having me out. Looks like there were some issues as I was leaving but the party while I was there was a damn good time. Next up Viva La Tech!! Stay tuned tomorrow for more info.

Two nights of tech up ahead. Tonight Decibel. Tomorrow Viva La Tech. We are going non stop this weekend. Plan to see the moon fade into the sun all while dancing and being grateful I am alive. Let's do this.

Promoters and DJ's don't control the scene. Your dollar does. You speak VOLUMES with your purchasing power. Remember that. YOU SHAPE THE SCENE.....

I used to love Hip Hop, until it became all about bragging about money, watches and cars. Again...just like in the rave scene, the real **** is in the underground. Money doesn't buy respect. Vision and integrity do.

Never grow old ore jaded enough where you forget to embrace your inner child. Life is to serious to be serious all the time.

The only thing that can stop you from achieving your goals is you. You will always get in the way and most of the time you don't realize your are self sabotaging yourself. Don't get in the way of yourself. Let yourself shine and push past the self doubt. Life is to short for hate. Especially the self-hate kind.

Why am I doing this? I am doing this for the "nod". Those who know, will know what I am talking about!

OK looks like my unemployment vacation is quickly coming to a end. Start day for my new day gig is on Monday. Damn...just when I was getting used to this life of leisure

Dance like no one is watching. Create to fulfill your soul and share it those who share your vision. Love like everyone can feel it. Put forth the effort to make a change in yourself. We have the power to change a life...but that life is yours. Keep on pushing. Every Day in Every Way. And with this...I put this day to rest. Good night friends.

I will be honest. I have no idea what I am doing right now. I mean I am making a conscious effort but what is forcing me to act out is a mixture of frustration of a situation and passion of what moves me. I can easily fall on my face on Saturday night, but I do know my intentions are pure and that will not stop me from continuing my efforts. I am in this for the long haul. Change doesn't come overnight.

In the studio working on a Drum N Bass track for my album with Erin Powers. A little bit of house, a little bit of tech, a little downtempo and a little dnb, all with Erin's amazing vocals. Gonna be good

Man, the Trader Joes Five Spice Chicken and Asian Noodle Salad is delish! Throw a little Sriracha on that and you got a great lunch at 340 calories. YUM!

I don't need fireworks. I don't need huge crowds. I don't need festivals. I don't need "performance" DJ's. What I need is a sweaty warehouse with a pumping system and some smiling faces. Something pure and simple. We lost something that was pure. Time to take it back. Hope you join me on Saturday.

****, a lot of my friends are getting laid off again and the ones that were laid off earlier are still having trouble getting jobs. I feel blessed that I got something so quickly. I feel for any of you out there and looking. It is a mess out there so if you are looking, I hope you land something soon.

Spin magazine has this little blurb on the return of acid music and the roland 303. ****, how can acid return if the **** never left!!

Koko Babo is better known as the Kandyman. I remember him at my first rave, he was throwing candy into the crowd thus living up to his name. I got a flyer that night for a show called "Under The Candyground". I left a message on the voicemail for the party with a little bit of my mix playing in the background. He called me the next day and asked if I wanted to open his show. He gave me my first shot and became a close friend in the process.

As many genres as I have played out as a DJ and as many genres I have heard rise and fall over the years...the ultimate truth is, it all comes back to house music. Pure and simple baby. House your body.
