. I haven't been able to shed those pounds off.. I run/walk on the weekend,... and i try to stay away from carbs.. which at times is really hard for me because its the only thing that goes down easy .. i just dont know how to lose those extra pounds and lose the weight until I REACH MY DESIRE GOAL OF 138 AND MOST IMPORTANT KEEPING IT OFF FOR GOOD.... even being sleeve is a mission and we I have to work very hard at it because i feel like if the weight wants to come back on.. i need advice and ideas and healhty diet to lose the 04 pounds i want to lose HELP PLEASE HELP HELP !!!
