    FULL??

I feel like I ate a very large meal. I hiccup when I am full too. I am about 2 months out as well. I dont think that means you are "full to the brim". I just think that because the tube is so rigid that there isnt much give. So when your full it really pushes again the walls and gives that uncomfortable feeling. I found the best way for me not to feel uncomfortable is to stop when I feel satisfied and not keep pushing food in. I used to eat and just feel pain and a lot of discomfort. I try my best to stop as soon as I get that very satisfied feeling.
  2. When I got sleeved the first month was the hardest month in my life. I was miserable, had regrets, food made me sick, i was ALWAYS hungry. That all changes. You need to give it some time to become easier. I know you will be happier in a few weeks. This is the hardest part! Once you get through this you will be so much happier. HANG IN THERE

    Pre-Op in college

HEY! I am also a college student and I am getting sleeve on May 23rd. I have been looking around my University cafeteria and have begun to realize how much of it I can eat. During my meeting with the nutritionist, she recommended to go to: https://focus28diet.com/ There, they under the shakes section they have these chocolate ready to drink shakes. They come to your house with just the powder in them and you add 8 ounces of Water to it when your ready to have it. That makes it easy to store, you can take it with you to school and you don't need a cooler, they weigh nothing (since its just powder). I found them really useful. Best of luck in your studies and with your surgery!
  4. Good luck! I am so happy you decided to go through with it. I am getting sleeved on May 23rd and I go back and forth too. Sometimes I feel nervous, sometimes I feel so excited. I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey!
  5. Hi everyone! I am new to this forum. Just wanted to say that I finally got my surgery date set for May 23rd, 2011. I can't be more excited. I am not feeling nervous yet. It's been a very long process for me, so I am happy to finally be at this point! Good luck to everyone who is still trying to get approval! Hang in there.
