Ive heard - that you will definatley know if you have slipped and there is extreme pain! but 11 days post - op you should still be on liquids and i dont think that would make ur pain slip!

I had the same thing and i went to the er! it ended up being trapped gas and i had to take laxative - but boy the pain disappeared!

Those little things you clip on your waist that tell you how far you've walked in steps/mile and the calories youve burned. Do you think they are accurate ? enough to log as distance walked?

did you do anything special to loose all that weight - meaning watching what you ate all the time or did the band itself do most of the work?

I started my mushie foods today and I felt so full - i thought i was going to pop! I did NOT feel any nausea but I really was full with feeligns of pre-op overeating at a meal! - know what I mean? So when do you know your full and its time to stop!?!? Glad I didnt PB!

i am 2 days out - i cant sleep - i cant cant get comfortable and i cant get this damn bubble out of my chest (feels like a burp) and my shoulder hurts! does anyone know if they could sleep onthier side right after surgery? the pain is ridiculous! ouch! ok ok maybe i am exaggerating but i never had surgery before and i did not knwo what to expect! i am only 21 and i weigh 265 and i wasnt sure if i needed to do this or not but i guess i am glad i did so far! I believe that my expectations were unrealistic because this is surgery but the experience is different for everyone and i wasnt even in pain from the "band" its was the gas, the incisions and that stuff... I am banded now! whoo hoo and u feel good! its been a week and i was going to go back to school today but the snow has kept me in, so far i have lost a good amount of weight in just a week and although it wasnt the easiest last week - i am doing good and am glad i mad the decision i did!
