My name is Jay Falkner and I went to Jerusalem Hospital and had my sleeve administered by Dr Almanza-they were so good to me there..I was so nervous..and I have never been happier...pictures say a thousand words...I lost 77 pre op diet pounds prior to weighing in at 381 day of surgery...now..I am 177 Pounds.
