    OK this is my virgin post so hopefully I do this correctly. I was scheduled for surgery on June 22nd and just got bumped to May 19th. I need to find some diabetic friendly protein shake recipes. I printed the list of shakes that I found on this site but I am clueless when it comes to the carbs. Honestly I am a bit nervous and think this is an out for the moment, LOL.
