MSanti replied to MSanti's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Good luck Heather! Hope to see you on the losers bench soon! -
Thanks girls! Yes we can Nichelle! We just have to hang in there and follow the rules. I have fallen off track a couple of times and I know that's why I am so behind but I am back on track and the numbers have started to move a little bit more quicker this month! Keep up your good work and it's brave face time!!!!

Weight Gained Since Having Gastric Sleeve Surgery
MSanti replied to sleeve 4 me's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You are not alone in your struggle kekerene! Just keep moving forward and don't think about the couple of pounds you have gain rather think how much you have lost! At least that's what I try to do. Eventually the numbers keep going down. -
I was passing by a park today and I immediately made my husband pull over. In the past, I was too big to fit on a swing so I wanted to see if I could fit now. And yes I can!!!! It felt so good sitting on that swing pushing myself higher and higher. I used to love swings as a little girl and still do. I am very happy to know that getting on one is now something I can do. It feels great!!

Should I get comfy with the 20 something sleevers or the 30 somethings?
MSanti replied to VSG4aHealthierMe's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am 28 with one child. I usually check out both forums but I feel most comfortable in the 20's because I fear the 30's LOL. -

Hey guys! I am down 55 pounds since my surgery on May 2nd. I haven't had any regrets or complications at all. I haven't puked yet thank god, although I have been very close to it a couple of times when I felt the food was stuck. I have been feeling great! And I love my sleeve. -
I can't wait to be out of the 2's but I still feel good!

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome & Sleeve
MSanti replied to MSanti's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Congratulations on your success mjs6172, you are doing really well! As for me; I am currently three months out and the first two months I had a regular length period. This month has been a bit irregular again...spotting for two weeks and finally got it this week. I have noticed though that the bleeding is considerably less heavy. Thank god for that!! I still haven't had it as scheduled and I am hoping to one day get there. Does your weight fluctuate up and down during the week? -
Weight Gained Since Having Gastric Sleeve Surgery
MSanti replied to sleeve 4 me's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am only three months out and I weigh myself every single day. There are times when I weigh in about 3-4 pounds more than the day before. But then one random day I loose it all plus a bit more. I have very irregular periods and I notice that when I am spotting or about to get it my weight fluctuates even more. For me, I think the unsteady numbers have to do with my hormone imbalance. -
4 weeks out and a little frustrated
MSanti replied to cindy lynn's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Same thing happened to me. Don't get discouraged! I have hit stalls a couple of times and I am 3 months out. Eventually you start loosing again, sometimes more than you expect! I am down 55 pounds and I have learned to cope with the stalls and just let my body loose weight at its own pace. Good luck! -
Thank you SouthernSleever!
