I am new here, this is my 1st post. I am on my way to getting the Lap Band, I have my 4th visit with the nutritionist in 2 weeks. I am having trouble with....Well ALL of it. Does this mean I wont be able to handle my band. I have got breakfast down, Lunches I have LOTS of trouble, What do I eat? Some advise please. And dinner, do I make myself something different or just eat a small version of what I made for the family?
Last night I mad sloppy Joes for dinner. Well Should I have only eaten the meat...or...maybe just 1/2 bun and meat?
PLEASE any ideas to help me drink more water during the day.
I am so worried. I am scared to ask the nutritionist because I dont want her to say I am not ready. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
