Well congrats on ur weight loss so far..... I do a lot of coughing in the morning...I try my best to control how hard i cough because I just got the surgery on 3days ago.... My Dr. told me to drink warm water and that it breaks up the junk in ur throat....

Hello My Name Is Ashley and I got The Lap BAnd last wensday.... A lilttle Confused What my 3 meals should consist of ..... On full Liquids ..... I understand that I can't have Liquid 30 mins before a meal and 30 after..... @ the Hopspital The lunch/dinner they provided included liquids..... CONFUSED... I dont wanna feel like I am Grazing all day.....Any opinion would be great......!!!!!!!..

I am a 29 yr old women. i've been over weight now for over 10yrs.I feel i also have a eating disorder " overeating and binging" My surgery date is May 18th!!! Any advice would me great:... Thanks
