thanks so much.. i weighed myself yeasterday and it went back down . so your advice has helped me. I also notice a change in the clothes. They fit much better now. i was a 5x @surgery , Now i am a XL and some L. Its amaziing. I'm just so excited about being "Slim" one day . I have my old clothes and I can't wait to get back in them. I have only carried this heavy Azz weight for the past 4 years. (due to pregnancy). This has been the best decision I have ever made. Goooo Sleeve!!!! LOL
