Thanks ... Now I am going through this crazy zone. My weight loss has stop for now. Its been a week and nothing.. In fact I gained 1 lb. I am 250... But what can I do to get moving again? i exercise daily. walking or strenght training with weights, and swim atleast once a week. i won't give up . I only eat 800-1200 cal aday. I watch what I eat too. I think I get all my protein daily. but for some strange reason for the past few days I have been really tired, I take my vitamins . this is wierd!!! what did you do when you went through this?
