Hey Kathy! Sorry things are so hectic! Def. don't worry about stalls. I try to just weigh once a week when that happens; for me, I have been so busy at work that I am a bit off on my workouts, etc. But as far as food goes, I am getting a little confused now that I am eating "real" food :-). I think the chicken tortilla soup will last longer than a week, so I'm going to freeze it.
