  2. I am also shopping at Goodwill and other consignment shops. One other thing that I am doing is now that the weather is getting warmer, I am shopping for more dresses. As I lose weight, I can always take in the sides of the dress so that it will fit me again.

    I am 33 (34 in 19 days) and I know. I feel sexy again and I would have never thought that I would feel sexy again. And that is another reason why I LOVE MY SLEEVE!!!

    Happy Ash Wed!!! We were off Mon and Tues for Mardi Gras!!! scale was a little lower today which is good. Baby had surgery on Friday but he is still so congested. Sha baby... Going to the gym for some much needed relief today!!! Going to work legs and maybe slip in an arm or two in there. Today's menu: B- chocolate PB Protein shake L- Shrimp and asparagus from LC meal (that was all that I had on hand today) D- ??? Not sure yet. DH might want to take the girls to go eat some boiled crawfish tonight S- String cheese and I do have an adkins brownie (These are soooooooo good!!!) Water- working on it Vites- all gone Exercise- going at lunch!!! Have a great day!

    Doc says to increase my calories

    I find that if I am in a stall, that if I increase my eating or change up my eating that I lose better. I usually average anywhere between 600-800 calories a day (most days) though if I increase it slightly, I notice that the scale is going down. Like you I worry about streaching out my sleeve so, I do not want to eat too much. How are you with exercise?

    I am fixing to head out to the gym for my lunch break. I am also getting so frustrated. scale is flip flopping all around; up 2 lbs on Monday, lost 1.2 yesterday and then this morning I am up .8. I do not know what is going on. I had to land up leaving work yesterday and go get my daughter at school, they called saying that she was not feeling well. Being that I did that, I did not make it to the gym but I worked out on my elliptical for 45 minutes. Tomorrow we are having surgery for my son, he is getting tubes and getting his adnoides removed, so it is going to be another elliptical day tomorrow. Here is my meal plan for today: B- Protein shake S- adkins bar L- ham roll (3 slices of ff ham and 1 slice of cheese) D- 1/3 cup lasagna vites- all gone water- working on it exercise- fixing to go How many calories do you consume in a day? I plugged everything into Fitday and I am coming up with about 730. Does that sound normal?
  10. Is frustrated, I work out, eat right and then when I get on the scale, it is .8 higher than what it was from yesterday. WHY I ask? I feel like for the past 2 weeks I have done nothing but spin my wheels and got no where

  11. I weigh every day and right now it is driving me crazy. My scale sets my mood. If it is up and I am depressed, down and I am happy as a lark. I know that I should not let it do that but it does. After years of weighing every day, habits are hard to break. Monday I was up 2 lbs, yesterday down 1.2 and today up .8. I work out at the gym and yesterday I did 45 minutes on the elliptical. I feel as though sometimes I am spinning my wheels. I also get depressed with myself and think what have I done? I do not understand how for so long I was losing and then now I am back to yo-yoing with the scale. I worry what the dr is going to say when I get back to him on the 23rd about my weight. Last month, I lost 11 lbs. I am afraid that I won't even make 5 lbs this month. sigh....

    Whatcha eating today!!! Wednesday

    Good Morning!! I had a an okay food day yesterday. Had a bite of bread. I think that I broke my stall. I was down 1.2 lbs this morning. I think that getting my Protein and my Water and the workouts all had something to do with it. Last night I started to work on my daughter's Mardi Gras float and I have to finish that tonight. I am HOPING again that I can get at least 15 minutes on the elliptical tonight but I don't know. I know that I am going to push it hard on my lunch break. Plan for today: B- Protein shake (milk, Protein powder, sf pudding mix, p.butter) L- Ham and cheese roll D- taco meat with Salsa and a bit of lite sour cream S- Jerky and cheese stick and might do an adkins bar vites- all done water- working on it exercise- going at lunch

    My scale moved for me this morning also. I sure hope that this stall is broken.

    No hunger here but I know that I need to eat so that I can keep my body going and don't throw it in starvation mode. Head hunger is something different but I am working on that.

    Happy March!!!! Today is the start of a new month and I am hoping that this new month will bring new changes, both scale and non scale. Today I start back at the gym. How I have missed it!!! I am focused and my determination is back. My scale is still stalling. I am not happy with that and feeling kind of bummed about it but I know that soon it will move. Patty- I am so sorry to hear of your loss and your heartaches. Like you said today is indeed a new day. My thoughts are with you! Here is my menu today: B- Protein shake L- Tuna salad D- ?? Not sure.     Good Morning!!! It is back to a normal routine!! The baby and I was sick so my working out at lunch got cancled. I wanted to get up this morning at 4:30 and do 30 minutes on the elliptical but I forgot to turn on my alarm clock!!! I am going to try and get some time on the elliptical tonight!!! Though tonight it is gymnastics and that is usually a late night but I am hoping!!!! Today's Menu: B- Protein shake L- Tuna salad D-??? Snack- chicken salad Vites- gone water- working on it. exercise- gonna try with the elliptical!

    Weight Gain

    I was going to post the same thing!!! However, instead of your o1 lb, try 2 lbs. I know that I have no one to blame but me but I am just sick with myself. I did not work out last week because I was sick and then I did not eat like I normally eat nor did I drink all of my liquids like I was suppose to. I am also taking some meds so I don't know if has anything to do with the weight gain also. I am just going to push myself this week and to try and get back to where I was at. I am hoping that it is just a fluke and that I did not actually gain the 2 lbs.

    Louisiana Sleevers??!

    Hey!!! I am also from Louisiana and was sleeved 12/14/10. Since the surgery, I am down 40 lbs. I previously lost 20 lbs before surgery. Right now, people are starting to notice my weight loss and that is making me feel great. I have been working out since Jan and can really start to tell the definition in my muscles. I absolutely LOVE my sleeve!!!
