    I have not exercised all weekend long. Busy weekend and lots to do. I need to really remember that I need to make time for myself. So back to the track I go today!

    Gettng in your Protein

    I am almost 5 months out and I need new and creative ideas on how to get my protein in. I find that the last couple of weeks that I am slacking in that department and I am really noticing it. What are your creative ways to get your protein in? (The shakes are a no go right now; can't drink them)

    4th of July - WHAT WILL YOU WEIGH???

    Things are moving right along for my 4th of July goal. Had a bit of a stall last week but thankfully, the scale is moving back in the right direction.
  7. Rocking me some size 10jeans and feeling GREAT! Though the darn scale has NOT moved all week!!!!! NOT GREAT!!!

  8. I am almost 5 months out and I go Tues-Friday. I do cardio for about 20-25 minutes and then I work on my legs or arms. On Mondays I walk/jog. On the weekends, I try to make it to the track for walking/jogging but I do not always get to go.

    Bars are good but the only bad thing is that they are high in calories....what kind do you use?

    Hello!! It has been a little while since I last posted my meals. Work has been busy and so has life. I am needing to get more protein in. How are you doing it. I can't drink the shakes anymore (they make me sick, might be able to go back to them after a couple of weeks bing off of them but not now) So hear goes today's menu: (5 months out on May 14th) B- Hard boiled egg and egg yoke (my egg did not peel good) L- Ham and cheese roll up D- ??? Breakfast for supper so I don't know what I am having tonight....ideas? S- Hoffman's pepper jack cheese Vites- gone Water- working on it Exercise- Going at lunch.

    We had a birthday party this weekend and my eating was not like it should have been. I am up a pound. By Friday, I am determined to get it off and then some!

    Happy Wednesday!!! This week is flying by but I am ready for Friday!!! We are having the girls birthday party!! Menu: (4 months out) B- 1/2 protein shake L- 3 oz of beef meat D- one meatball Vites- gone Water- working on it Exercise- fixing to go. Going to try to get some other work out in tonight.
