Hello!! It has been a little while since I last posted my meals. Work has been busy and so has life. I am needing to get more protein in. How are you doing it. I can't drink the shakes anymore (they make me sick, might be able to go back to them after a couple of weeks bing off of them but not now)
So hear goes today's menu: (5 months out on May 14th)
B- Hard boiled egg and egg yoke (my egg did not peel good)
L- Ham and cheese roll up
D- ??? Breakfast for supper so I don't know what I am having tonight....ideas?
S- Hoffman's pepper jack cheese
Vites- gone
Water- working on it
Exercise- Going at lunch.
