    I am in this challange....I missed the Labor day goal by about 3 lbs.....I need to decide what I am going to do for my Halloween goal.....

    Belly fat

    My belly fat is starting to bother me as wih my bad wings. I am hoping that I will eventually get a tummy tuck and lipo on my arms...

    Hitting the gym today on the lunch break to get out of this rut. I have one month to do this and I will do this. Irene has given me the motivation to make sure that this happens.

    It has been a long time since I have posted to this site.... Breakfast: 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 3 slices of FF turkey rolled with cheese Lunch: 3 oz of chicken salad Supper: ?? not real sure.... Chicken?? Snack: 1 oz of hot pepper cheese Vites: working on it Water: working on it Exercise: 3 miles tonight.... HOw about you?
  23. Planning on 3 miles today!!!

  24. Day 1 for me today: I have drank half of a Protein Shake (made with unsweeten almond milk). I have my ham and cheese roll waiting to be eaten...chicken for lunch, cottage cheese and 1 oz of pepper jack cheese and IDK for supper yet. Exercise is going to be walking/jogging 3 miles. The only thing that I am going to have a bit of trouble with is the fruits.....veggies are going to be okay....What is everyone doing for their exercise today?
