    Starvation Mode--myth Or Reality?

    I need to decrease my calories to lose. I have been maintaining and I need to get back down to 700-900 calories a day. I normally work out 5 days a week and will burn anywhere from 200-300 calories a day. I start back focusing and cleaning my diet up tomorrow.
  3. I am feeling so blah lately. I have to get out of this funk and work on rocking my sleeve again. I have 12 lbs left to shed and I will shed them. I have come too far to lose focus now. I WILL DO THIS!

    Valentine's Day Challenge!

    I have 7 lbs to lose to get to my goal. I did not make my Christmas challenge but I will make my valentines day challenge
  6. My resolution for 2012 are as followes: 1. love my husband like he has never been loved before. With out him I would not be where I am at right now 2. make it to my goal of 130.5 and possible go to 125. 3. embrace the new me

    Low Calorie Frozen Meals

    I never bothered with them. I always made my meals from things that I cooked and froze. When I wanted a frozen meal, I would take out a portion and heat it up and eat it. That way I knew what was going into my body.

    Food Funeral

    I had my food funerals for 2 weeks. I was selective in what I ate but over those two week periods, I ate what I wanted. I don't think that I gained but maybe 1-2 lbs but I lost it when I went on all liquids.
  9. Today marks one year that my life changed. I was in pre-opt waiting for my surgery to happen. Now, one year later, I am wearing a size 4 and lost 107 lbs. I LOVE MY SLEEVE!!!!!!

    Ashamed of WLS?

    I was like that also but then I was like there is nothing to be ashamed of. I had surgery and I am proud of what I did. I was also afraid of what people would say but right now I could care less. People are going to talk regardless of what you do.
  15. I have lost focus the past couple of weeks. I have been eating too many carbs and not focusing on my exercise. I need to get my butt back in shape to be able to make my goal that I have set for myself. This is my time and I will take the opportunity....so today is clear liquids

    Working hard towards the Chrismas challenge. I think that I will definately be able to make it. It only Nov 3 and I have 7.5 lbs more left to lose....

  23. I stay cold all the time too. My heater catches hell every day at work because I have it on high. I was cold natured before I lost my weight but I am super cold natured now. I don't know how I will make the winter.....
