  1. By no means am I a Dr. but I was more sore about that time also. My Dr. told me it was because I was moving more and doing more things. Just watch how you get up and what you are lifting on. The one thing that got me thru this was that I kept telling myself that this too shall pass. It did and I am 5 weeks out and feel great!!!!

    Whatcha eating today!!! Thursday

    Here is my menu for today: B-Protein shake L-2 oz of tuna made with greek yogurt S- cheese stick or chicken Jerky D- 1 filet of talipia Water - 33 oz of poweraid zero and 17 oz of water on the way home vites - already taken exercise- 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight work at the gym on lunch.

    Love this idea!!! I need new ideas..... B-Carnation Breakfast shake L-slice of turkey D- Protein shake!! with my poweraid zero and my Water with my k2o protein mix in.

    Scale this morning said 199.6 soooo that means my sleeve sisters that I have only .4 left to go????? I hope that tomorrow is my day!!!! If it is then I am setting another little mini goal of 5 lbs!!!!! I am SOOOOOOO excited!!!!

    Weight Watchers...HUH??

    I would try to follow WW as much as possible. There have been many people who have lost weight with WW (including me 50lb in 2007 but gained it all back). Make sure that you journal everything that you put in your mouth.

    You will. It may seem bad not but you will have no desire to eat anything. Get a good chicken broth and some tea and you are going to be great.

  15. Let me jump on this bandwagon also. I am 4 weeks out also and for the last week, it was a trickle; .8, .4 and then yesterday it was .2 today it is a big fat 0. I am also discouraged to a bit. I have lost 23 lbs in 4 weeks but I am not liking this stall. This is for the birds. I am going to try to limit my carbs and see if that can shake things up. I am going to try to work out tonight but I am not sure if I will be able to get to do it. I know that I will be working out Friday (been a rough week at work). I hope and pray that it does not last long. Good luck to you!!

  17. I am finding out that I definately lose better while I cut the carbs. Right now I am on the full liquids/mushies stages. What do you recommend for this stage that is low carb and if you have any recipes, please share them.

    Supper tonight?

    Today I am 4 weeks out and I am kinda stressing about supper tonight. I am making the fam spaghetti and I am worried about what I should be eating tonight. I am trying to limit my carbs to under 20 a day. I really would appreciate some suggestions!!!!

  21. Before I got my sleeve, it was nothing for me to drink 3 liters of water a day. Since having my sleeve I think that I can count on one hand how many times I have had water, plain water. I will drink it with K2O or the SF FF peach tea mixes that they have but I just can not bring myself to drink plain water. Has anyone else experienced this?
  22. 4 weeks ago, I was sleeved. I am still learning my new life with my sleeve. Some days are harder than others but I LOVE MY SLEEVE!!!!!!! BTW, 23 lbs gone!!!!!(very happy even though I am at a stall)

  23. Still pointing it down, but at least the scale is going down. I think that I am going to really watch the carb intake this week and hit the gym hard.
