  2. I agree that you need to call. I had similar pain on my left side and I called. Luckly it was only because I was healing and moving around more and doing more. My dr told me to take it easy and keep pushing the fluids. Keep us posted on how you are doing.

    CONGRATS PATTI!!!! Good Morning!!! We have rain and wind here today. Suppose to turn COLD for the next few days. Did not get to get my exercise in yesterday. When we got home, had to get the kiddo's ready for gymnastics and then the hub and I had to go run some errands. Today the menu is kinda blah: B- Protein shake L- turkey roll with cheese D- spaghetti meat Snack- chicken Jerky and string cheese vites- yep exercise- heading to the gym today for some work out time I hope that everybody had a great day and that we can all stay out of the weather that is headed our ways!!!

    Oh No!!! I hope that you feel better soon. I had a terrible headache also on Saturday. Doc said that all I could take was Tylenol. What has yours told you that you could take? He told me that I could have a little caffeine but I was scared to. I was also out last week because my son had surgery. He is all better now. Here is my menu: B- Protein shake L- Grilled chicken breast D- ???? Snack- string cheese. vites are all gone. exercise might be 15 minutes on the elliptical tonight. Have a great day!!!!

    It is cold and Sunny here in Louisiana!!! I am ready for the spring. Summers are a little too hot here. But this year for summer, I will be sporting some cute sun dresses!!!!! WHoo HOO!!! The menu today is a lot like yesterday. B- Protein shake L- Spaghetti chicken D- ??? not sure what DH wants for supper tonight S- String cheese for on the way home and I have a boiled egg Exercise is going to be 15 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weights. Vites are taken..... Have a great day!!!!

  13. Aww Thanks!!! I am feeling a little better today. Scale was back to 198.2 so that is a good thing. Still stressed at work but this week is soon going to be over!!!! I am meeting with the Dr. tomorrow and kinda worried about what he is going to say. I am a little nervous that he is going to tell me that I need to do better. How is your day going so far?

    December 2010 Sleevers!

    I was sleeved on 12/14/10 and currently down 26.8 lbs. I had been at a stall for the past two weeks or so. I do also love the list that have been posted. I have gotten many ideas as I have been eating the same things over and over but not getting bored with them. In my fridge you will find: FF mayo chicken broth (yes I do still have some) FF ham/turkey cheese sticks cottage cheese eggs canned chicken breast ricotta cheese (ff) I do have some refried Beans but they are full of carbs and I am trying to limit my carbs right now. I find that I do well with my liquids a day (about 64 oz per day) but I find that I am slacking on my Protein. I do manage to get the protein in but the shakes are not really appealing to me. I am going to have to try the Peanut Butter one.

    Hello!!! So yesterday was a wild day...got off of work, got the kiddo's, got the nieces and the nephew and headed back to Alex for gymnastics. Picked up pizza on the way for them and fed the kiddo's and the hub pizza for supper. I was suppose to have a repeat of lunch but landed up having a ham and cheese roll. So today this is what I am doing: B- Protein shake L- Spaghetti chicken (a little combo that I made up of canned chicken breast with a little spaghetti sauce and some ff Parmesan cheese) D- Baking pork chops for the hub, So I guess that I will have a bite of that and I will do some green Beans for the kiddo's and have those left over for a while. S- String cheese Exercise is going to be an hour at the gym. I need to feel the burn today!!! liquids is in the form of my poweraid zero (the taste of Water is getting better but still taste nasty for me) Vites are down! Have a great day!!!

  19. Some foods. However, when I drink milk, it is like my gut is the Indy 500 with all the noise that it makes and let me tell you when the urge hits, look out. Milk is the only thing that goes straight thru me. Milk products are okay. At one time chicken salad did the same thing. I have not tried that again. What are you eating for you to get to this state?
  20. Hey Lila!! How are you doing? Been a stressful month here. Scale has been my friend but has not been my friend. TOM is here and I am not liking the scale now!!! LOL!! I was just wondering how you were doing with your eating and what all you were eating... I have an appt with Dr. Parrish on Wed and I am afraid that he is going to be upset with my weight loss since my 2 week post op.

  21. I am kinda feeling bummed....TOM, scale inched slightly upwards, stress at home and work and I will not be able to work out tonight. I am hoping that tomorrow is better with everything.

    I am also doing low carb this week also. I was not as good as I should have been over the weekend. Today I am having: B- Protein shake L- Tyson chicken with a bit of cheese sauce. D- Same thing S- Cheese stick.
  24. How does PMS affect you and the scale? I did not really notice it last month but know that I will be starting soon and was just wondering how to prepare myself....
  25. I have that sore feeling going on in my legs!!!! I have missed that feeling...so glad that it is back!!!
