Honestly its crazy difficult but its soo worth it! Even now i'm in the mushie phase and aside from fish (great for protein+the omega 3 is great for keeping the skin tight) and the occassional bite of mashed potato (which i'm really trying to stay away from) I'm USUALLY good w/my protein shakes, apple sauce, yogurt, and all the stuff from the liquid and I'm fine. Its a process but u can do it
