Was a humpty dumpty

My oldest son Mike has struggled with weight also. Mike and his girlfriend Andrea were walking and some boys yelled out why the f--- are you with him. Andrea is 5-5 and 114 lbs and beautiful. He was crushed. He posted on Facebook I want to go to mexico and get my stomach cut out. I felt so bad. He did get motivated and started exercising and eating better.
