I just received the biggest raise in over 5 years! The first thing that came to mind is they think I am doing a great job now that I have lost weight? Because in my mind I am doing the same job as always, giving it my all every year. -

How that's the first I heard of Kasier requiring a three month diet prior to options. We were told to bring in prior proof we had tried, but then they never even ask for them. Hang there the process for So Ca Kasier is long. -
