My Kaiser Options classes told me to follow any advise from these sites. When I went to my first appointment with the surgeon, he said he was impressed with knowledge on the sleeve.. All of which I learned from this site. LOL -
So my hubby askes me this morning," are you sure you want to do this, you don't think you can't do it with diet and exercise?" I told him yes, and look how well it's worked for me so far. I think he might be getting scared. He has been real supportive in the past.

It's so close now, I am over my last hurdle. I didn't tell anyone , but I had a biopsy last week on my thyroid. It's ok and surgery is a go.

@ luna They all wear girdles towards the end of the season and on the last show even the men. A few of them have had tummy tucks after the show was over.
