Hi Everyone, I heard something recently on "The BIggest Loser" that made me say SHA ZAM!! One of the contestants said she didn't think she deserved it. I tell myself all the time, YOU DESERVE THIS!!! It is not easy, you will struggle but you have to want it....and you have to tell yourself that you deserve it.
