We do grits sometimes, my family used to go the Smoky Mountains on vacation occasionally and I fell in love with grits at Shoney's! Haha. My best friend is actually from Texas and when I told him I wanted beans & cheese he said I would fit right in down there. He lives in Seguin & said "You come down here and you can have your beans and cheese about 70 different ways!" I thought that was funny. He must've rubbed off on me.
