I had a migraine a few days ago. I was ok'd by my doc to use a pill crusher and take a half of Excedrin. Take the other half if the headache was still bothering me after an hour. Only needed half and I mixed it in powerade zero in a shot glass. Tasted gross, but felt sooo much better.

I had surgery June 20th with Dr. Ramos Kelly. I paid $5300 plus $44 for a upgraded hotel room. I went through Sandy, but Trish the other coordinator took care of me while I was there. Dr. Kelly is an awesome surgeon and I only had real pain the the first 12 hours after surgery, thankfully the nurses come in like clock-work and give you pain meds in your IV. After that I was fine and walking all around. I would do it all over in a heart beat!

Hello! I also received the samples from Chike. The Banana flavor was so good. A lady named Holly called me from Chike also. I thought that was kinda strange, but she was really sweet. I don't start my pre-op diet until June 6th so I'm trying all the samples I can before I choose what brand to buy, and I think I may end up buying Chike. I don't mind the carbs too much since I started the couch to 5k program and I burn a lot of carbs off doing that. Haven't heard of SetPoint, will have to google them.
