Tired of being the one they always say "oh you have such a pretty FACE" about. Its time for a change and I realized the sleeve is my only hope. My main focus is to feel better I have fibromyalgia and degenerative arthritis which have taken over my life for the past couple of yrs. I've always been big but as the pain got worse my weight blew up which in turn makes the pain worse. I look forward to getting my life back and getting off of all these meds. I went to a seminar 1/21 ~ 1st dr appt 1/27 ~ egd 2/2 (found hiatal hernia) ~ dietary class & psych eval 2/9 ~ pre op & start of sugar free liquid diet 2/21 ~ surgery 2/28. Moving fast but not fast enough. Since my insurance won't cover it I took a loan on my 401k all inclusive =$13,900 hopefully everything goes well cuz now I'm out of $ for a while! I'm so excited but scared at the same time. Not scared of the surgery just scared it won't be enough. I've tried so many things and failed I pray this is the tool that won't let me fail. I know its going to be a life change and tons of changes but I know it will be worth it all in the end.
