I agree with the previous poster regarding unjury not being tasteless; however, I use a brand that is pretty close ... Enhanced Life Extension Whey Protein (Natural), 1000 grams powder ... It mixes well so you might want to check it out.

Looks like I'll be an October Sleeve... I went back to the surgeon today to discuss the results of my endoscopy and to finalize my procedure choice. I did choose the VSG. I'm getting submitted to insurance today and was told I would be given a surgery date early next week. I was also told that they're only scheduling 1-2 weeks out which means I should be in the OR in 2-3 weeks. I'll post the date as soon as I know .... Starting the pre-op diet and I'm so excited :thumbup1:

I agree with what the others have said. The postop goals I've been given are to try to get to 800 calories & to keep carbs below 40.

My bariatric center asks for no caffeine for 12 months.
