HI Kelly I just got the unjury Chicken soup yesterday and had to try it , it was pretty good, but you can only add luke warm Water to it., I was a little bummed about that, but it will probably be better immediatley after sugery at that temp anyway.. I go for my surgery on April 11th how about you? kelli

thats not too bad, I need to be on a liquid diet starting April 4th then I have to sit through a nutrition class for 5 hours on day two, dont know how Im gonna do that with an empty tummy..lol

Hi Karen I dont know why I wasnt being notified of these posts, yes I did do the 6 months supervised diet, didnt loose anything except for the first month, I was able to cut it short by about a months because I had proof of trying and once again failing at weight watchers witing the same year. Im nervous but very ready to get this on with already..I start my preop liquid diet the week before and I am not looking forward to that at all..to say the least

you know thats funny, Im getting sleeved on Arpil 11th and I too have been counting the days and it is going to be close, but thought the exact same thing,..Tiffany you are too funny! One less thing to think of I guess..best of luck to you..

what insurance do you have? My sister just got denied with Aetna, she also had a BMI of slightly lower than 40 and she had high blood pressure and is taking meds for it, I went on a 6 month supervised diet and lost a little then gained it back, basically I am the same wieght now that I was when I started. I was worried too about the Insurance thinking I could loose it on my own,, but If I could do that I would not be taking drastic measures to loose it right? I heard that they just want to make sure you can stick to a plan, of excercise and healthy eating. So I basically told my PCP that I was increasing my excercise and watching what I ate. I have Cigna for the record..

HI I have been trying to figure out what to do about my pristiq? Did you taper off before surgery? How long did you wait to go back on pristiq was it a week after surgery..Im hoping you can shed some lite on this for me, Im feeling a little anxious about this part more than the surgery I think?/ Kelli

Hello All My surgery is Scheduled for April 11th yay!! Im so thrilled my main worry right now is I am taking pristique and it can't be cut in half crushed or anything like that because it is timed release, has anybody had this issue? If so what did you switch to and how soon before starting something new did you taper off?
