How about Well, you can kiss my A now before its to small for you to find! -
Heck freaking yeah! I just amazed. 50 lbs in 38 days. *worlds dorkiest happy dance*. So in the last two days have have had 15 people ask about my weight loss. (people who don't know about surgery). I just say "I stopped eating" and actually lol. :-)

Well, I pretty much eat protein. Not a lot of carbs but I do have some carbs. I seem to lose 3-5 lbs then stall and go back up and down for 3-4 days and then lose again then back up and down. Each time after a couple days I go lower on the downward slope.

Congrats bro. I soo get it. I'm loving booths now too!

Thx everyone. :-) it is surreal. I am about 3 lbs from my lowest adult weight!!!! I can't wait to see the scale below 220!!! @heatherr I don't know anyone in Montreal, I wanted to do something fun so I bought tickets to see the band U2 in concert there on July 9th. I decided to just fly somewhere to see a concert, then picked U2 and since I have never been to Montreal figured why not? :-) l try to live an Epic life. One where when I lay my head on the pillow at night I smile. :-)

Congrats bro. What a great accomplishment!

Thx raine. I hope I make it. I am playing racquetball 5days a week now. So I hope that keeps it burning. :-)
-
My goal at surgery was to lose 40 lbs by July 9th when I am flying to Montreal to see U2. Well that's done. :-) so I changed it to 60. 10 more by the 9th and I make it. :-)

Absolutely fine. I haven't had any trouble with pain my incisions are pretty much healed. I don't notice them at all or any soreness in the muscle even after a long work day. I have been healing great. I just really wish I could get more protein in and fluids. Feels like I deal with and think about eating more now than before. Constantly tryin to get fluids in and protein. I was kinda worn on it yestarday and just decided I was not going to worry about it. So I didn't drink much or eat much at all. It was really nice to just have a mental break. Then last night I was really thirty so I got in about 40 oz liquid in like 3 hrs Today I am back at tracking and making it work. But I can see some day I will just need a mental break -
Well 1 month out, I'm down 47 lbs from 273 to 226!!!! It is just surreal. My blood sugar has returned to 81-91 each morning, I am 6 lbs from my lowest adult weight!!!! I'm feeling good and shrinking daily. What a great month it's been.

My post op diet has been less than it should be. I have had bad reflux which has made it hard to eat and drink. I am taking prilosec and that has helped ALOT in the last 2 weeks. Basically for 5 days I was clears only, then 6 days full liquid, mostly protien shakes (muscle milk lite, 8oz 15 gr protein) then 11days out I started soft stuff. But misty stayed liquids. At 21 days I started fish and pureed tuna salad. And slowly adding whatever in. My day looks like this Breakfast 4 oz Greek yogurt 10gr protein and then I sip a protein shake on my way to work 15gr Lunch 4 shrimp for almost 20 gram protein Dinner hard to eat much but I have been doing 3 oz bake salmon or chicken. 12-15 gr protein. I have a low calorie Gatorade with me all day and am finally getting about 60 oz liquid in. So that's been it. I have tried, taco meat, cheeses, fish, hamburger patty, etc. Mostly I eat meat, I have a hard time getting food in so I have focused on protein mostly. I am doing a chewable multi vitamin, prilosec and that's been it. -
So I am down 21lbs. Not much really but I can't sit on a hard surface because the pressure on my butt bones hurt. Lol. That's a first!
-
Coffee was on my clear liquids list lol
-
I love coffee!!! But not just any coffee. I love it so much I roast my own coffee beans. There is just nothing like fresh beans! Heck I even have a coffee molecule tattoed on my forearm. :-)
