i had my first fill yesterday also........ bruise is huge... but it didn't hurt going on... drank the Water & other fluids yesterday fine... could you explain to me what a restriction is ?

i was banded on march 14th.. have lost 19 pounds since pre surgical diet... had my first fill today......... broth for supper... so far........ so good!!! i just found this website and am loving it already.......... i've found so many great food ideas.
