So far it has been pretty easy.  I had my seminar at the end of April and my first surgeon appointment about 2 weeks later.  Dr. Ferring has been very kind and was easy to talk to.  The staff has been working like a well oiled machine which really helps things to move along smoothly.  I have TriWEST prime they only have a few requirements for approval.  I meet those requirements I also had to have a psych evaluation and a letter from my PCM stating the necessity for the surgery.  All paperwork was submitted on July 5 so we will see what happens from here....
