I would guess that is was approximately 1/2 of what you'd normally sip. I had to do that for at least the first 2 weeks. It is frustrating but it will definitely get easier. Good luck:)

Hi Gloria! You and I are only a few days apart. I have tested lots of shakes and bars throughout the past few months and here are the ones I like: nectar Syntrax chocolate Truffle and Cappucino ( I suggest you order a sample package of all the flavors to see what you like. I couldn't stand any of the fruity flavors but these 2 I drink all the time....and they don't have that nasty smell or aftertaste) Oh Yeah Protein Bars (these are like candy if you like sweet things) Hope that helps - keep up the great work! I would google bariatric surgeons in your area. That is what I did when I first started my search. I ended up calling each one individually to find out their prices. Good luck!

I have started Jillian's 30 day Shred dvd which I bought at Target for $10. It has 3 levels and yes level 1 is unbelievably hard for me but I feel great when it is over! The thing I like about this DVD is that Jillian has someone doing modifications for almost every exercise so its for all levels. It's a combination of Cardio, Abs, and Strength.

Good for you! I'm glad to know you didn't change anything because I am in the middle of a stall and working on being patient as well. I know I am doing things right, so I am trying to focus on how my clothes are fitting instead of the scale right now. Keep up the great work!:thumbup1:
