Hi Shirley,
I am just starting to take the classes ,i have 3 more months
before i see the surgeon,i hope to be banded in june,i am 40 yrs old.5'3 and 210,but i lost 5, i dont want to get to much lower because i dont want to go under the 35 bmi ,i dont know how to change the picture of the guy on my profile,it should be a girl..any help i can get would be great!

Hi Everyone, I am still trying to figure this out,i just started the classes for the lap band surgery,my bmi is 37,but i lost some so now it is 35,i have severe sleep apnea high cholesterol mild arthritis,i am worried about getting denied for surgery,i weighed 210 now i am 205,5'3 trying to maintain for now.I have 4 months to finish all the classes im in,then see the doctor.Any suggestions to help me along the way?
